Calamary rings in crispy batter
Presentation: 400/500/1.000/2.000 gr.
Ingredients:
Calamaries (min 30%), flour, sunflower oil, salt, spices,
sodium glutamate and natural curcumin (E-100).
Preparation:
Must be fried without thawing, in a pan or deep aft fryer
using a generous amount of hot oil (160ºC), for a 2-3
minutes, until it adquires a characteristic golden colour.
