Rabas of calamary
Presentation: 1.000/2.000 gr.
Ingredients:
Calamary, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, sunflower oil and
salt.
Preparation:
Without defrosting. frying inoil at 190º 2-3 min.
To prevent oil temperature from decreasing, add the
pieces one by one.
In the oven, preheat for 5 min. and bake for 15 min. at
210ºC
