Presentation: Case of 500 gr.
Ingredients:
Hake, mussels, calamaries, prawn tails, flour and
cornflour, water agua, vegatal oil, glucose, salt,
espices, lemon juice, sodium glutamate and
bicarbonate of sodium.
Preparation:
Without defrosting, frying in very hot oil (180º) during
2-3 min. until it adquires a characteristic golden colour.
